Hate thursdays..cos it's my longest day of the week with 5 hours straight of lessons. Haha ok true true no big deal but it is cos it's like my "alone" day where i just zombie around in school from lesson to lesson all alone. Den in between spend 15 mins gobbling lunch down myself..which is totally, i admit, loser-like despite my attempt to put on the bravest "i-think-eating-alone-is-cool" face. Although sometimes it is quite cool to have some alone time and not have to deal with some friends that constantly need a lot of attention, but still it's quite hard to have three blank seats staring back at you. But oh well, it's only 15 mins so ya i should stop whining. Well at least today i found a fellow alone friend and we ate lunch together!! I see some light in the remaining thursdays of mine now!
I wonder why I can never seem to stay awake during Chinese lectures. I mean the lecturer is quite funny you know, so it's not like a case of it's CHINESE lecture, what do you expect. He's Taiwanese and is like a total ah bian lookalike and he's so random it's quite funny. I think it's just the air-con and the _R_s around me who make me wana just close my eyes so i don't have to look or listen to them.
Yesterday was like the longest day ever and was too tired to blog about Step Up 2. Anyway, it was da bomb haha..cool moves and clubbing songs which just made my roommie and i wana start imitating their moves despite our obvious lack of dancing talent. We were so inspired we decided to lock ourselves in our rooms, blast the music and "freestyle" our way through. But no one would wana see us dance la i mean our dance is the kind where it'll be under the comedy section if put on YouTube and garner at least 50,000 views haha. Cool as it sounds, that would mean that we would have to start cutting holes in paper bags and put it over our heads when we go to school. Anyway, just a random fact, "Crank That" moves are really quite manageable hahah we tried learning them in the room through a YouTube video guide (can you believe it they even have guides) and for once we didn't look like we were possessed instead of dancing. Ok, before anyone start having weird or inaccurate impressions of the stupid, lame lives we lead in our rooms, let me clarify that we are perfectly sane and normal and yes we do retardedly rap along with songs and dance along in order to destressss. So bottomline is Step Up's cool, shitty predictable plot but damn cool moves, JabbaWockies even guest starred inside, though i still prefer Kaba Modern.
Looking forward to Channel 8 nine o'clock show, still feeing angsty that i missed it yesterday,
Jig Jac
